Hitting the Pool... in January!

I typically don't have anything planned on Fridays. No classes. No tutoring. Nothing. 
Another good reason to look forward to Fridays and the weekend home with Ben.

SO lately I've been making an effort to do something fun/special with Kaden that day.

Recently we've been going to Cheer Texas with Heather & Danni as they open their doors to the public (pre-school age kids) on Friday mornings.  It's a pretty neat deal too because kids have free-reign to run around, jump in the bounce houses, bounce on the trampolines (which are flush with the floor) and even run & leap into the giant foam pit.

But THIS Friday we were able to experience the newly renovated & improved Townclub pool.  Kaden & Danni had fun playing for over an hour and 1/2; I think he would have stayed a couple more hours had I not had to get home and feed Owen.

Afterwards, Heather graciously brought Chic-Fil-A nuggets back to our house and the kids played for another couple of hours. They really played too... As in Heather & I actually got a chance to talk & visit while they entertained each other and, more importantly, got along.
