The night before Owen's birthday (December 12th) we did a night run through the Colonies with Lone Star Runners' Club.
It was approximately 4 miles, weaving in & out of well-lit/decorated houses in the Colonies.

Just as we were within a 1/2 mile of the finish line, we spotted Kaden and Ridge sitting on the sidewalk and playing. I told Owen that if he ran faster and didn't stop, he would totally BEAT the big boys. Not one complaint... he kept running and charged past the bigger boys, classic tortoise and hare style.
